What Is Money Mindfulness?

Money Mindfulness is a state of financial awareness. When that awareness is acknowledged, accepted, and formulated into a routine, it leads to mindful money management.

With the acceptance of that routine, you can create and embark upon an intentional financial wellness journey.

What Is Mindful Money Management?

To me, Mindful Money Management is the art of total financial awareness and engagement. I see it as an art because it’s based on conscious design principles and the execution of those principles. Plus I love anything that involves creating something into existence.

  1. Focus – Pay Attention to your money
  2. Awareness – You already Know what you must do (Psychic Intuition)
  3. Divinity – Divine Self Love (Harmony, Wisdom & Understanding)

When you design the financial life you want, one that is in alignment with the aspirations of your spirit, you’re more likely to feel a sense of fulfillment. Wanting that sense of fulfillment to remain a part of your life is the reason you will want the routine to become a permanent habit.

The key components in money mindfulness are; knowledge of where you are and where you want to be; and the application of actions designed to take you towards and to the results you desire. Knowing exactly how much you earn every month and how much you spend puts you in a place of power. This will allow you to take more control over how you experience this world.
