What is mindful money management?
To me, Mindful Money Management is the art of total financial awareness and engagement. I see it as an art because it’s based on conscious design principles and the execution of those principles to create something desired into existence. I love anything that involves creating something into existence.
The 4 Pillars of Mindful Money Management
When you design the life you want, one that is in alignment with the aspirations of your soul, you are more likely to feel a sense of fulfillment. Wanting that sense of fulfillment to remain a part of your life is the reason you’ll want the routines you put in place to become permanent habits.
There are 4 pillars that create a structure for those habits. Honoring the guidelines of those pillars keeps your mission grounded in the total and absolute nourishment of your spirit and your desire to create the life you deserve.
Mastering the 4 Pillars of Mindful Money Management:
- Focus – Pay Attention to your money, goal requirements, time management, and productivity tasks.
- Awareness – Deep down in the pit of your existence, you already Know what you must do. (Psychic Intuition)
- Divinity – Divine Self Love: Harmony, Wisdom & Understanding of your spirit’s needs for this mission we call life.
- Foundation – Knowledge of foundational finance, goal building, and time and task management builds a raft of structural stability to support your journey.
The key components in this foundational money and goal mindfulness strategy are; Self Assessment, Money Mindfulness, Time Management Mastery, and Proactive Responsiveness.
Mindful Money Management comes into fruition when you build a routine centered on these elements with the knowledge of where you are and where you want to be; and the application of actions designed to take you towards and to the results you desire.
For example, knowing exactly how much you earn every month and how much you spend puts you in a place of power. This will allow you to take more control over how you experience this world and how your goals in life play out.
With accepting this routine into your life and spirit journey, you can create and embark upon an intentional expedition toward achieving any goal you set out to achieve, financial or otherwise.
