What Is Foundational Goal Mindfulness?

Foundational Goal Mindfulness is the practice of focusing your mind and daily energies on implementing the 4 Pillar structure of Focus, Awareness, Divinity, and Foundation into your One Goal design, development, and achievement–but without judgment of task or outcome.

The first step in transforming your story is deciding that you want to change.

The 4 Pillars of Foundational Goal Mindfulness

When you design the life you want, one that is in alignment with the aspirations of your soul, you are more likely to feel a sense of fulfillment. Wanting that sense of fulfillment to remain a part of your life is the reason you’ll want the routines you put in place to become permanent habits.

Master the 4 pillars of Foundational Goal Mindfulness:

  1. Focus – Pay Attention to your money, goal requirements, and time management, and productivity tasks.
  2. Awareness – Deep down in the pit of your existence, you already Know what you must do. (Psychic Intuition)
  3. Divinity – Divine Self Love: Harmony, Wisdom & Understanding of your spirit’s needs for this mission.
  4. Foundation – Knowledge of foundational finance, goal building, and time and task management builds a raft of structural stability.

The key components in Foundational Goal Mindfulness are; Self Assessment, Mindful Money Management, Time Management Mastery, and Proactive Responsiveness.

Build a routine centered on these elements with the  knowledge of where you are and where you want to be; and the application of actions designed to take you towards and to the results you desire.
